We serve the Columbus, Georgia (Muscogee County) and Harris County, Georgia areas. However, we are expanding every day. Here is a list of cities we currently service: Columbus, Fortson, Midland, Upatoi, Hamilton, Pine Mountain, Shiloh, Waverly Hall, West Point, Cataula, Ellerslie, Hopewell, Pine Mountain Valley and Whitesville.
How do I schedule a home or commercial cleaning?
If you’re online, select the service you want and click the “Request A Quote” button to request personalized pricing. It only takes 60 seconds. Use your smartphone, computer, or tablet. If you’d rather call, you can reach us at (706) 225-9616. We will contact you as soon as possible to discuss your cleaning needs.
Do I need to be at home when you arrive for my cleaning?
That’s entirely up to you! If you’ve got other things to do, just let us know how we can access the residence or business. Some clients provide us with a key to their residence/business, a garage door code or some leave a hidden key outside.
Do I need to supply the vacuum and/or cleaning products?
Let us handle everything! We come equipped with everything we need to make your residence or commercial property shine.
*For sanitary reasons, we ask all clients to provide their own toilet bowl brush.
Do you use eco-friendly cleaning products?
Yes, we do! Part of our commitment is to use effective eco-friendly products, which are just as effective as traditional cleaning products. Eco-friendly chemicals are much safer than most traditional chemicals as they don’t leave behind harsh residues.
Do you clean homes that have pets?
We adore pets! Please let us know the name and species of your pet and other important information. We want to keep our staff safe at all times. If you have a pet that is not fond of visitors, please ensure the pet is secured.
What if I’m not happy with the cleaning?
Our reputation is our most valuable asset! We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with any area we have cleaned, simply call us within 24 hours and we will come back and re-clean it, free of charge. The cleaners must be allowed to come back into the residence within 2 business days to make sure we get the problem promptly resolved.
How do I re-schedule or cancel a booked cleaning?
Rescheduling is one call away! As a reminder, reschedules or cancellations that occur within 48 hours of the appointment time create scheduling issues for our staff. We understand life happens! In the event you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment with less than a 48-hour notice, you may be assessed a $50.00 cancellation fee.
Can I set up repeat visits?
Yes! Recurring appointments can be set as weekly, bi-weekly (every two weeks), every three weeks or monthly visits.
How do I pay you?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. We also accept cash or checks. Payment is due at the time of service. If paying with a credit card, associated fees will apply.
Does my cleaner arrive at the exact time I book?
We value your time and we do our best to maintain a prompt arrival. We provide an estimated arrival time. Actual arrival time may be one hour before to one hour after the appointment time due to unforeseen circumstances such as: traffic congestion, inclement weather or the cleaning team needing additional time to finish the cleaning of a previous residence/business.
Are there any commitment or contracts?
Absolutely not! No contracts or commitments. We work to earn your business with each and every cleaning.

Do you do background checks on your staff?
Yes, we do. We perform a drug screen and criminal background checks on all cleaners.
